QSFP+ AOC are hot-pluggable cables used for 40Gb data transmission. The term “QSFP” stands for Quad Small Form Factor Pluggable, a reference to the 4 independent 10Gb channels within the connectors. These cables utilize fiber wiring and are an ideal low-power option for applications up to 100 meters. QSFP+ AOC are ideal for high-speed transmission in data centers, cloud computing, and hyper-scale transmission and are compliant with RoHS, IEEE, and QSFP+ MSA standards.
